The event is packed with music concerts by Texas’ best Country music performers, delicious Pit Row BBQ plates, Papa's Ice House venue and Bud Light beverages, a silent auction and special fun things for the kids. The New 93Q FM - Houston’s best country radio station will be broadcasting live from Papa’s Ice House and the event.

Every single dollar raised by this benefit will go to the Newtown Youth and Family Services, Inc., a 501(c) 3 non-profit group in Newtown, Connecticut. Please come out to Hands Across Texas’ heart-warming Sandy Hook Memorial Benefit event and concerts by some of the best Texas bands. Let the Newtown families know just how big Texas hearts can be. This benefit and organization needs your support and donations. Help the families in their counseling and healing through Hands Across Texas for the Newtown Youth and Family Services, Inc. These families lost those precious children, their brave teachers and principals forever by a tragically mentally-ill young man, who also took his own life after the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting. This tragedy could easily have happened to our precious little ones and family loved ones.
