The Handler, Morgan fight occurred on Wednesday night's episode of "Chelsea Lately." On Jan. 31, ABC News reported that Chelsea Handler and Piers Morgan had a face off during the interview. Their exchange started as a bit of a back and forth snark fest and while things could have gotten heated, both Chelsea and Piers seemed to laugh off every jab.
"You’ve either had plastic surgery or makeup because you look really hot today," Piers began. "You’re so obnoxious, you wonder why everybody hates you," Chelsea fired back. Their bickering continued for a while but the two remained good spirited the whole time.
The Handler, Morgan fight was not so much of a fight as it was pure television entertainment. Whether you love or hate Piers Morgan and/or Chelsea Handler, their exchange is definitely worth the watch. There is something between them -- a spark or maybe even chemistry -- that just works. It made for a great interview and obviously it is getting a lot of attention today.
"You think you can make fun of me in front of my own audience and they are going to back you?" Chelsea asked Piers. "It seems to be working so far," he responded. "Because of the things I'm saying, not because of the things that you're saying," Chelsea snapped back.
