Legendary Duke basketball coach and USA Men's Basketball head coach Mike Krzyzewski recently announced his decision for the 19 players chosen to represent this summer's USA Basketball team.

From Derrick Rose to Chandler Parsons, it's definitely an All-Star roster.

Rose joins four former USA hoops stars carryovers from the 2012 Olympic men's team, including Kevin Durant, Kevin Love, James Harden, and Anthony Davis.

New additions include DeMar DeRozan and Parsons, who recently left Houston for Dallas.

All players will report to training camp later this month in Las Vegas, according to ESPN.com, as Rose aims to prove he has fully recovered the knee injury he sustained last season.

"We'd like to see him play like the Derrick of old, because he's one of the best players in the world, an MVP in the NBA," Krzyzewski told ESPN during a conference call. "What we've heard is that he's in great shape."

Remaining players on the roster include Golden State's Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson, Cleveland's Kyrie Irving, L.A. Clippers' Blake Griffin, Indiana's Paul George, Portland's Damian Lillard, Utah's Gordon Hayward, Sacramento's DeMarcus Cousins, Washington's Bradley Beal, Detroit's Andre Drummond, Denver's Kenneth Faried, and Atlanta's Kyle Korver.

"To maintain the continuity, we need turnover in every competition so that players who aspire to represent the USA on the national team level have a real opportunity," USA Basketball chairman Jerry Colangelo said.

Major missing piece from this year's squad include San Antonio's Kawhi Leonard, who is seeking additional rest this offseason following the Spurs' NBA title run, and Portland's LeMarcus Aldridge.

"We could only offer an opportunity and then they can either accept or not," Colangelo said. "In Aldridge's case, this has happened a couple of times previously, but the bottom line is he advised us he's not available."

According to ESPN.com, Colangelo said the roster could be trimmed to 15 after the camp in Las Vegas that begins July 28, and the final 12 will be selected in late August.

The USA Basketball team will also train in Chicago and New York following the Las Vegas camp prior to departing for the World Cup of Basketball in Spain later next month.
