Winfree booth at Hamilton Farmers Market
Tom Winfree

Hamilton Farmers Market in Montana is featuring artists Tom and Holly Winfree all summer long. See their amazing wood and metal arts and crafts at their most unusual and unique booth in space 41. Winfree Works is a family business making unique hand-made arts and crafts in Victor, Montana and Sonoma, California.

Tom has a degree in metal arts from the California College of Arts and Crafts and has added woodworking to his resume. He enjoys designing and building original projects, from cards to vases and even furniture. His favorite projects combine metal, wood and light to make beautiful and functional pieces.

His beautiful 4x6 metal cards are designs hand-pressed in 36 gauge copper that are oxidized, lacquered and set in custom mattes of high-quality vellum finished paper using nature themes. This is just one of his products that shows Tom’s unique perspective and interpretation of our environment.

When asking Tom where his inspiration comes from, he answered, “If you are alive, you are inspired.”

Holly studied textile arts at the California College of Arts and Crafts and is an avid sewer and quilter. She offers her brightly-colored fabrics into her lovingly-made baby blankets and washcloths for sale at their Hamilton Farmers Market booth.

Holly and Tom have three grown children who inherited their parents’ artistic sensibilities and often contribute their ideas and craftsmanship.

The Winfree Works cart is a prime example of Tom’s abilities and how he can bring high quality products and creative solutions to his customer’s requests and needs.

Besides selling at Hamilton Farmers Market, one can see and buy Winfree Works products on their Etsy store.
