Need a new Cabernet Sauvignon to try out? HandCraft is most definitely worth a go. California's best--along with some Italian grapes--make this drinker smooth and rich, the soft tannins taking the edge off this delightful wine.
Wanting to honour her Italian family's traditions, proprietor Cheryl Indelicato, named her wine 'HandCraft,' as an homage to both her U.S. roots as well as her Grandfather's Italian ones- she adds a touch of Sangiovese to her Cabernets, and Malvasia Bianca to her Chardonnays.

- 77% Cabernet Sauvignon
- 21% Petite Sirah
- 2% Sangiovese
Alcohol content: 14.5%
Price should come in at under $13. a bottle, but tasting more like a $20. one.
Black cherry and plum, with delicious dark fruits, with flavours and aromas of chocolate, leather, and coffee. The wine finishes tart and tannic. Long, lingering bursts of cherry on the finish.
