In the latest wave of Mega Bloks Halo 4 releases to hit retailers is a fun throwback to earlier waves: the Combat Unit four packs! The first of two sets to be reviewed this week, the UNSC Combat Orange Unit is ironically named, as it seems to imply power armored citrus. Nevertheless, it is an impressive set, which has some armor permutations not used in the line for a few waves.

The UNSC Combat Orange Unit is a multi-role Spartan strike team. Consisting of a UNSC Spartan, a Spartan EOD, Spartan Scout and an active-camo Spartan CQB, the team is ready to move out on a moment's notice.
The Set includes:
- Mark V Spartan with new missile launcher
- Spartan EOD with new submachine gun
- Spartan Scout (with ODST torso!) with new shotgun
- Transparent CQB with transparent new shotgun
As mentioned, all of the weapons are the newer, more size appropriate sculpts from the later waves, and some of the armor permutations are harder to get these days as well. While all of this set is comprised of repaints and re-releases, it manages to be worthwhile nonetheless.
