War games daily’s (01/28– 01/29):
In the Back: Assassinate 3 Players - 1,400 XP
Well the easiest way to do this is on Slayer pro, which they don't have anymore. SWAT is the best alternative. No Radar's as a rule of thumb is the best playlist to get assassinations on.
Up Close and Personal: Earn 5 CQC Medals in a single match - 2,500 XP
Honestly the best ones to get this on are infinity slayer and capture the flag. Flood is also a nice one to get this one on, but maybe a little tough.

War games weekly’s (01/14 – 01/21):
To Be Precise: Get 150 kills with a Precision Loadout Weapon - 20,000 XP
Wow it looks like they've upped the XP gains quite a bit on the challenges.
So anyway SWAT is the fastest way to get this. Even if you average 10 kills per game of SWAT you'll still get this in 15 games. If you're pro and you average 20 kills per match then it will take around 7 or 8 matches. Other than that, big team infinity slayer and dominion, stay back and use the DMR from a distance.
Deft Hand: Earn 40 Combat Skill Medals - 10,000 XP
This one's tougher than the previous one in my opinion.
Combat skill medals include: Killjoys, headcases, from the grave, reload this, and showstopper.
The easiest way to rack these up is with headcase, which is when you get a headshot on someone who's sprinting. SWAT is probably the best for this challenge, then infinity slayer.

War games monthly (January)
To the Victor Go the Spoils: Win 70 matchmaking War Games matches - 15,000 XP
This monthly challenge is exactly the same as last months challenges, except now it's cut down to 70 wins.
The quickest way to get this challenge would probably be to do a lot of SWAT. These matches usually end the quickest out of any playlist. Regicide seems to end fast too. Slayer is also extremely nice, including big team as well.
I would avoid playlists like King of the Hill or capture the flag, as these types of matches seem to last the longest. Free for all playlists are really bad too, as they tend to take an abnormally long time as well.
It seems as though they want to use these monthly challenges just to try to get people to keep playing war games. Or maybe they're just trying to give people some goal to strive for. Either way this is one of those challenges where you should just let it happen when it happens.
