"Halo 4" received its weekly update on Monday which brought the penultimate episode of the first season of Spartan Ops plus the return of Team Snipers to multiplayer, the addition of Shotty Snipers and some other tweaks.
Episode 9 of Spartan Ops features five new missions for Fireteam Crimson while the cinematic deals with the consequences of the previous episode. Here's the official synopsis.
Synopsis: ONI has ordered Doctor Halsey assassinated, and Sarah Palmer is slated to pull the trigger. Lasky, in an effort to save Halsey’s life, sends Fireteam Majestic to stop Palmer. What Majestic discovers is the key to the future of the Halo Universe.
Meanwhile, Team Sniper returns for multiplayer with a few modifications since it last appeared. Shotty Snipers also makes its first appearance in "Halo 4".
