Halloween brings out the youngsters for fun and treats, as they go trick or treating in their communities. Most communities in Lake County, Illinois, are holding Trick-Or-Treat on Monday late afternoon - evening. Some of the communities are holding Trick-O-Treat on Sunday afternoon.
