Halloween is fast approaching and reality TV is full of stars making headlines. Dressing up in a Halloween costume as a reality TV star can be economical, interesting, a good conversation starter and extremely easy. These Halloween costumes can also be put together last minute with items you may already have in your closet.

Halloween costume ideas for reality TV stars are quite simple to put together, for instance Paula Abdul has many different looks, you can go with former “American Idol” judge Paula Abdul. A nice-looking dress, heels, big earrings, a star ring, oversized necklace, a beauty mark on your left cheek and a coke cup or can. Don’t forget your main accessory Simon Cowell for that significant other who doesn’t “really” want to dress up but likes going to Halloween parties, a black tight t-shirt with hair parted down the middle, and a semi-decent British accent should do the trick.

Halloween costume reality TV ideas for men include, Ryan Seacrest, Adam Lambert (Glam it up with some black nail polish), Jon Gosselin, Dog the Bounty Hunter, Jeff Probst "Survivor" host, Ty Pennington (Don’t forget your megaphone, tool-belt and spiked hair), Hugh Hefner, Randy Jackson (A big chain and crazy button down shirt- dog!) Harlem Globetrotters “Amazing Race:15,” Jim Bob Duggar “18 Kids and Counting,” Chris Harrison “The Bachelor/Bachelorette” host - don’t forget your roses!

To achieve the Halloween costume of reality TV host Jeff Probst look, a pair of kaki shorts or pants, blue button down, baseball cap, tiki torch, a shell necklace, and sandals, you can even take it a step further if you have purchased a “Survivor” buff or you can make your own.
