Starting September 28 through October 31 (this includes being open Halloween night), Albuquerque’s Realm of Darkness is ready to put the scare in your hair. This haunted-house attraction is located at the Cottonwood Mall (10000 Coors Bypass NW) and is open Thursdays through Sundays (all week on Halloween week). Operating hours can be found on their website.
Realm of Darkness is not recommended for small children, although children under 10 will be allowed to enter the attraction. Children under 10 must be accompanied through the attraction with a paying adult.
General admission is $15. There is also a “Fast Pass” available for $25. Fast Pass tickets can be used to jump to the head of the line—these are ideal during busy times, such as weekends. It is possible to purchase tickets online. Note that if you buy tickets online that there are not refunds for any reason.
This year’s haunted house has been totally redesigned to leave attendees lost, confused, and tormented. The theme for 2013 is “Asylum.”
