Halle Berry has been granted custody of her daughter, Nahla. The actress and her ex, Gabriel Aubry, were at each other's throats but the first round of things is settled, and Berry has won.
"Aubry had challenged Berry’s cross-country trip with Nahla, but, after hearing arguments from both sides, the court gave Berry the green light," reports Gossip Cop.
The custody battle between Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry was getting really heated and the public was hearing some really nasty "he said, she said" stuff. However, it seems that the major "fight" is over.
"Aubry has now withdrawn his custody petition, but is pursuing a paternity action," Gossip Cop confirms.
Many people have mixed feelings about this case, mainly because no one really knows what is really going on, other than Halle and Gabriel. It's hard because every child deserves to have two parents and Aubry was really adament about being able to spend time with his daughter. Some people think that Halle is at fault, but she has to work. Something says that this fight is far from over.
