Half Way to Brielle Day 5K recap (Photos)

The Annual Half Way to Brielle Day 5K was held on Saturday, March 9, 2013 in Brielle, N.J.

It was a gorgeous morning with bright sunny skies and a cool but cold crisp air with just a little wind for the 200 plus participants at the event that marks the half way point to the borough’s big 10 K which is held in September of every year.

The runners met at Rella’s for registration and check in. They followed a course which was a lot less hilly than the Brielle Day 10 K . Phil Hinck of the Jersey Shore Running Club gave the runners instructions prior to the start and set them off on their trek through the tree lined streets of the borough.
