American Express is allowing card members to buy a new Ford Fusion hybrid for half price.


Now I normally would avoid giving a "free" plug in this column, but the "green-worthiness" of the hybrid Fusion is worth letting readers know about this deal.


The offer is only good this coming Thursday, May 20, 2010, at the company's Daily Wish Website. The press release says the price will be $14,337 (regularly $28,675).


Only one hitch, though--there are only two of these babies available.
