Heather Hayes, from the state of PA, was arrested for not only assaulting her boyfriend but being naked from the waist down in a convenience store. Can you happen to guess what the reason for this assault was? According to Times News, Hayes told the police that her boyfriend was too busy playing with his Xbox instead of paying attention to her. I am highly curious to know which game her boyfriend was playing that he denied her sex. What game do you think it was?

Hayes began to slap and punch him about the head and back. She bit him on the left forearm, and grabbed his testicles and began to twist them.
If you were in this situation wouldn't you have just dropped the controller right then and there? Either way, news reports say that Hayes continued to smash things in the house, which is when her boyfriend decided it was time to run to the convenient store to make a 911 call. The news, however, did not report if he took his Xbox with him or not.

Asked why she she was nude from the waist down, Hayes said it was because she was anticipating having sex, and that she didn't want to go upstairs and put on pants before following Zuber to the convenience store.
Overall, Heather Hayes was charged with indecent exposure, simple assault, open lewdness, and harassment for yelling obscene and insulting comments at him in the convenient store.
