Heather Hayes, 24, was not only arrested at a Turkey Hill convenience store in Pa. for assaulting her boyfriend, but was naked from the waist down at the time. The reason for the attack? According to a report from Times News on March 13, Hayes told police that her boyfriend, Eric Zuber, was too busy playing with his Xbox instead of her; and he refused to have sex with her.
Problems began for the couple on Feb. 26 when an argument started between the two after Zuber was allegedly ignoring his amorous girlfriend and invested himself in two days of Xbox play instead.
Then the argument got rough.
Police say that:
Hayes began to slap and punch him about the head and back.
She bit him on the left forearm, and grabbed his testicles and began to twist them.
Then Hayes began smashing things in the house, which is when Zuber fled to Turkey Hill to make a 911 call.
Hayes chased her boyfriend to the convenience store, but didn’t put her pants on before she left the couple’s love nest.
Hayes followed her boyfriend into the convenience store “yelling obscenities and insults, and hit him with her house keys.”
The store clerk was the one to make the 911 call.
Police received a dispatch about a woman assaulting a man at Turkey Hill. When the authorities arrived on the scene they found Hayes “nude from the waist down.”
Police confirm that they witnessed some of Zuber’s injuries.
Asked why she was nude from the waist down, Hayes said it was because she was anticipating having sex, and that she didn't want to go upstairs and put on pants before following Zuber to the convenience store.
Heather Hayes was charged with indecent exposure, simple assault, open lewdness, and harassment.
