A modder has ported Half-Life 2 in its entirety to the improved Orange Box version of Source.
The download has been reported as available on Rapidshare and Megaupload, with this forum thread posting the best tips to find it. If there are any copyright issues over the 'mod' Valve would like to sort out, they haven't been mentioned yet.
The mod requires both HL2 and HL2: Episode 2 to run and weighs in at 1.44GB. You can watch the comparison video here.
