Real Housewives of Atlanta fans, want to recreate the hairstyle of one of your favorite’s, NeNe? Pat Sumpter Davis, celebrity hairstylist to NeNe Leakes, who made her "acting" debut on Glee last week as synchronized swimming coach Roz Washington wants to give the fans an inside peak on how to achieve NeNe’s short, chic look.
- Pat began with cleansing NeNe's hair with IT&LY HAIRFASHION'S Advanced Color Protection Shampoo ideal for color treated tresses.
- After gently towel drying, she molded the hair smooth and into the style direction she is wearing with IT&LY HAIRFASHION'S Pure Water Drops, then having NeNe sit under a preheated dryer for 30 minutes.
- Next, she applied White Sands Liquid Texture Firm Thermal Styling Spray to protect the hair from thermal styling. The FHI Heat 4/10 Inch Platform Flat Iron was used to separate and define her hair using small sections.
- Star Stylist Tip: Pat starts at the back of her head and then works her way forward so she doesn't miss any hairs.
- To complete the style, she used a rake like comb to create texture and finished by using and additional amount of IT&LY HAIRFASHION'S Pure Water Drops to give a brilliant camera-ready shine. For a long lasting hold, she misted NeNe's hair with White Sands Infinity Hairspray.[1]
NeNe Leakes will be making her second Glee appearance February 7, 2012 on FOX. The Real Housewives of Atlanta air every Sunday on Bravo at 9/8c.
