Folks in Montana got a taste of what a real-life zombie attack might feel-like, if they were watching their TV when hackers took over. According to Yahoo News on Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, hackers interrupted a TV station in Montana and alerted the people of that state to zombies attacking.
The hackers got into the Emergency Alert System and told the audience that “dead bodies are rising" from several Montana counties. They also said that the dead bodies were “attacking the living,” and gave warnings not to try and capture the walking dead because they are dangerous. It looks like someone is a big fan of "The Walking Dead."
When the network returned to the regular programming they let their viewers know that there was no emergency. They are investigating this incident. While most people realized that this wasn’t a possibility and someone was playing a hoax, the police did receive at least four phone calls regarding the issue.
