I thought the city did not own any property. If the hold those absentee owners and landlords accountable the city would not have to worry about revenue. But what I'm finding out is a lot of vacant or run down property is own by pimping preachers or their secretly created church cooperations. Housing Authority time to search the reconds find out who owns property if they don't fix it up then they loose tax breaks and other revenue escapes that they have been bilking the State and City out of. Time to research the records Absentee owners and landlords big brother will be researching you out and reporting the owners on a website and adding pictures of your properties. Preachers time to dump that property you have been using the churches money to remodel for your own pocket money.
