‘H20’ to release with a massive book signing event

Award-winning novelist Austin Boyd is launching his next novel with a massive book signing party.

On Friday, December 9th 7-9 PM, Austin Boyd will launch his next novel, H2O, with a massive book signing. Authors Austin Boyd and Brannon Hollingsworth have invited 40,000 people to come to the book signing at the Barnes and Noble in Huntsville's Jones Valley from 7-9 PM on Friday, December 9th. Barnes and Noble designates a portion of all profits to support the Madison County Youth Leadership Council of the United Way.

H2O is my first novel in the "speculative fiction" realm, sometimes called ‘fantasy,’” Boyd states. “I coauthored the book with my close friend Brannon Hollingsworth as part of the Eternal Elements series from AMG Publishers.

Readers will be drawn in simply from the synopsis of the book. Kate Pepper has it all . . . a razor-sharp intellect, perfect health, stunning beauty, a wildly successful career, and all the money she can spend. Or rather, she thinks she has it all. Despite the perfect shell, there’s something dark inside Kate. Terrible visions send her into a deep depression and her world crumbles. All her business savvy and elite connections don’t make a difference; she has lost control.

Who will save her? Xavier, her predatory boyfriend? Or Candice, the Down syndrome waitress at her favorite coffee shop? At the bottom of her dark well, desperate to get out of the water, there’s nowhere to reach but up.

H2O is a fascinating allegorical look at success, sanity and spiritual redemption in a young woman’s relationship with water.

Austin Boyd is an award-winning novelists. A real-life rocket scientist, by day he runs a product engineering company in Huntsville, AL, and by night he writes ‘technothriller novels’ based on the faith dilemmas that we encounter in our use of technology. He published award winning poetry and more than two dozen technical articles and papers during his career as a Navy pilot, NASA astronaut finalist, and spacecraft engineer. The author of six novels, he is a Christy Gold Medal finalist (The Proof, 2007) and the winner of the Mount Hermon “Pacesetter Award.”

Brannon Hollingsworth, a coworker of Austin's, is a novelist in his own right, and also a prolific developer of games and spiritual challenges. His board games bring new life to alternate worlds, and his weekly educational challenges to youth inspire them to look at the Bible in fresh new ways. Both men want their readers to "open their eyes" to God who is at work around all of us. Read H2O. Discover that water is eternal, and it has a tale to tell.

For those not in the Huntsville area, they can ask for H2O in the Christian fiction section of their local book store or ordered online from Amazon. For an autographed copy (postage paid) they can visit Austin Boyd's website
