By Paul Fitzgerald - H2 Systems Inc., located on Harvester Road in Burlington, ON, has yet again demonstrated its commitment to community outreach and at the same time is proud to be among the list of stars that are helping children with cancer smile.

The popular home theatre and home integration company was the proud Bronze Sponsor for the Smilezone Charity Golf Tournament.

H2 Systems Inc. donated 10 x 40" Sony Televisions to the cause of renovating kids’ cancer treatment areas in local hospitals with new furniture, TV’s and video games.

The tournament was held on Monday, July 14, 2014 at Rattlesnake Point Golf Club in Milton, ON.

“We are thrilled to give back and help make a positive difference in the lives of children who are undergoing cancer treatment,” says Clinton Howell, founder and owner of H2 Systems Inc.

“Our contribution will put smiles on the faces of children and their families, and will help transform children’s care facilities into fun play zones which they deserve. H2 Systems Inc. cares deeply about Smilezone as it’s an amazing cause on so many levels. Many of us at H2 Systems Inc. have children and a charity like this touches all of our hearts in so many ways.”

Nick Kypreos of Rogers Sportsnet and Glenn Healy of Hockey Night in Canada hosted the tournament. Participants also played a round of golf with a team of four consisting of one celebrity. The list of celebrities who attended included P.K. Subban of the Montreal Canadians, Tie Domi, former Leafs star, and Alex Lifeson from Rush.

H2 Systems Inc., now a household name in Burlington and across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), is known as leading philanthropists. This past spring they hosted a fundraising event with Supercars Canada in Burlington for Easter Seals. The “Boys and their Toys” event raised $10,000. And they are also proud supporters of the Oakville Comedy Club.

H2 Systems Inc. has also recently undergone a major expansion at its headquarters on Harvester Road which includes a new and dynamic Experience Centre — the first of its kind in Canada.
