She's got legs, she knows how to use them -- and here's how to GET THEM!

Gwyneth Paltrow’s latest GOOP newsletter details her ultra-strict diet; pre-workout, post-workout, lunch, snack and dinner, as well as her workout plan.

She adds: “I am not a good dieter and I cannot ever do it for long, only when there is a goal in sight.”

In Hollywood, people train for a movie, a photo shoot, etc. Their goals are short sighted, not a lifestyle change.

It depends on what the individual wants, their personal goals, and the willpower to get there.

In the video below, her trainer Tracy Anderson reveals some of the moves Gwynnie says she used to get "the butt and legs I had always hoped for."

    @Fitness Friend: I can't tell you how many exercises make me look/feel like a total dork! Ever worked your glutes with donkey kicks? It's not always about how you look when you do it, but how it makes you look afterward. The shoes are perfectly normal Nike so IDK...maybe they're just not your personal style (:
