A new Gwyneth Paltrow elimination diet is topping celebrity news headlines today, as Global Christian Post reported this Wednesday, March 13, that the talented actress’ new cook book is aptly focused on an “elimination diet”, which she has said will help followers both lose weight and gain more energy.
With the headline, “Paltrow elimination diet: Gwyneth releases new diet recipe cookbook”, sources report that the “Country Strong” star’s second cookbook — following her first that tells of childhood cooking with her father back in 2012 — will be released this April 2 and offer fans many new “restorative” dishes.
To be titled, “It’s All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes that will Make You Look and Feel Great”, the cook book's dubbed Paltrow elimination diet will offer a wide variety of meals that match her “elimination” — or avoidance of certain types of foods — plan, including sugar-free, non-alcoholic, gluten-free, and vegetarian options.
Gwyneth Paltrow reportedly learned of the elimination diet from her doctor at the time. After feeling without energy and limited in her options to eat healthy and lose weight, Paltrow followed the diet and was said to “be healed totally, felt more energetic, and looked great.”
