Simpson ES was recognized by the State Superintendent of Schools with a Distinguished Achievement Award in eight areas. Simpson ES was also recognized by the Governor's Office of Student Achievement at the platinum level for the fourth consecutive year.
Simpson ES students continue to excel on the Criterion-Referenced Competency Test (CRCT), with percentages of students meeting and exceeding standards well above the counties average in both reading/English language arts and mathematics.
