According to Cinema Blend on Jan. 8, there's a new picture out with Gwen Stacy, played by Emma Stone, at what appears to be a transparent computer monitor interface of sorts in "The Amazing Spider-Man 2". This photo appears that she's still behind enemy lines of Oscorp which makes people wonder why she's still there. It looks like she's peering into oblivion with a solemn look on her face.

With all of what appears to be Oscorp's technology spawning Spider-Man's opposing new villains, one may wonder if Stacy could be helplessly in league with the enemy. It seems that Oscorp has partken an myriad of experiments and some of which fans may have recalled that Curtis Conners in the first "Spider-Man" film which entailed enhancements in the studies of Herpetology. Now, Oscorp seems to "upping the ante" with further experimentation.

The sequel continues with Rhino, played by Paul Giamatti, will likely be a byproduct of Oscorp as well as Norman Oscorp himself appearing some time later at the Green Goblin. This film seems to be the start of the world building, shared universe strategy by keeping up with the rest of the comic book franchises.
