In this file photo released on Aug. 30, 2009 by the Glynn County Police Department, Guy Heinze Jr. is shown. Glynn County Police Chief Matt Doering said two new pieces of information led authorities to charge Heinze late Friday Sept. 4, 2009. After a week working a case so murky they could not say whether a killer was on the loose, police said Guy Heinze Jr. was responsible for the slayings he reported and charged him with eight counts of first-degree murder. Among the dead were seven of his relatives, including his father. (AP)
A man, whose family members were found brutally murdered in a Georgia mobile home on Aug. 29, has been arrested for the killings.
Guy Heinze Jr. faces eight counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Russell D. Toler Sr., 44; Russell D. Toler Jr., 20; Chrissy Toler, 22; Michelle Toler, 15; Brenda Gail Falagan, 49; Guy Heinze Sr., 45; Joseph L. West, 30; and Michael Toler, 19. A three-year-old child survived the attack and remains in a Savannah hospital in critical condition. Heinze is also charged with attempting to murder the child.
Heinze was the man who found the bodies and called 911, claiming he had been out all night and encountered the brutal scene upon returning home.
In a news conference on Friday evening, Glynn County Police Chief Matt Doering said, "I can assure you that this person is responsible."

I think it's strange there is absolutely no comment from his lawyer, the District Attorney, Friends, his brother who did give an interview the day of the funerals. Any help appreciated where this case may be being covered,
