Every day, innocent Targeted Individuals throughout the United States report to the Examiner that they struggle to survive electromagnetic weaponry attacks, usually accompanied with vigilante and thuggery harassment, intimidation and other attacks by unknown groups that appear to be state-sponsored extremists since police stand down instead of defending rights of targets and media blacks out this abuse. There is evidence that secret military weaponry is contributing to unprecedented human suffering in the Gulf of Mexico Coastal region since the Deepwater Horizon explosion and "oil spill." Gulf survivors have no government protection or adequate survival needs.
Inhumane treatments by local vigilantes and black operatives attacking innocent American individuals and communities have been used by the FBI for decades, as Congressional records have revealed and as viewed in the Cointelpro 101 documentary, are becoming more widespread in today's US junta. Human rights defenders, other progressives demanding truth, intellectual property owners, and seemingly some randomly selected targets are experriencing this abuse first-hand. The Gulf "oil spill" human rights defenders, those suffering from the chemical attacks, plus the American public at large might be impacted by the new weaponry.
After 60 years of US government experimenting with technology to control human learning, emotions and behavior and a multitude of Targeted Individuals complaints about experiencing such injurious technology, especially since September 11, 2001, Project Censored at Sanoma University conducted investigative research on present capabilities of the US military to use electromagnetic (EMF) devices to harass, intimidate, and kill Targeted Individuals. The investigation included the continuing possibilities of human rights violations by testing and deploying secret weapons.
"To establish historical precedent in the US for such acts, we document long-term human rights and freedom of thought violations by US military/intelligence organizations. Additionally, we explore contemporary evidence of on-going government research in EMF weapons technologies and examine the potentialities of continuing human rights abuses," the investigators, Peter Phillips, Lew Brown and Bridget Thornton state in the 2006 report entitled, US Electromagnetic Weapons.
"Human Rights belong to people collectively. To believe in rights for some people and not for others is a denial of the humanness of people worldwide. Yet, denial is exactly what Congress and George W. Bush did with signing the Military Commission Act of 2006.
The investigators highlight that due to that Act, the new official US policy is that torture by any means and suspension of due process are acceptable. As Targeted Individuals continually ask the public to understand, this policy is "overt denial of the inalienable rights of human beings propagated in out Declaration of Independence and the universal Declaration of Human Rights."
The US declared to the world that it suspends human rights for those "it" views a evil states the investigators.
Furthermore, the right to think, freedom of thought or cognitive liberty is a natural human right now violated by the US with its new technology, including its secretly forced brain implants and other equally inhumane technology that invade the human body and mind, with a budget for more of such technological human rights violations due to the cabal making decisions for total world domination. "In the 1950s and 60s the CIA began work to find means for influencing human cognition, emotion and behavior. Through the use of the psychological understanding of the human being as a social animal and the ability to manipulate a subject’s environment through isolation, drugs and hypnosis, US funded scientists have long searched for better means of controlling human behavior."
The Project Censored research included "wireless directed electromagnetic energy under the heading of 'Information Warfare' and 'Non Lethal Weapons.'"
"New technological capabilities have been developed in black budget projects[1] over the last few decades— including the ability to influence human emotion, disrupt thought, and present excruciating pain through the manipulation of magnetic fields.
"The US military and intelligence agencies have at their disposal frightful new weapons, weapons that have likely already been covertly used and/or tested on humans, both here and abroad, and which could be directed against the public in the event of mass protests or civil disturbance."
Today's political climate and technological capability present the condition for millions of Americans to be poisoned with no outrage or outcry from fellow Americans. Project Censor's investigation highlights that such a scenario is possible through both media and emotional manipulation of large populations with existing applied technological weaponry for a criminal agenda.
"If policy elites are unaccountable to the public for their actions, and the public has been manipulated to support them, we can be sure that they will certainly abuse their positions in the pursuit of their agendas."

For about the past two hours, this journalist -- who has exposed the nationwide cell tower- based microwave radio frequency directed energy weapon system being used to torture, impair, and slow--kill extra-legally targeted Americans -- has been electromagnetically enslaved and incarcerated by a continuous stream of extreme low frequency microwave radiation. I literally collapsed into a deep sleep state, unable to awaken.
Finally, the electromagnetic veil was lifted, and I regained consciousness -- denied free will, normal human functioning, by operatives of my own federal and local governments, and rogue "information systems" defense contractors who apparently man the computer terminals to administer this torture matrix.
Bucks County, PA, headquarters of the mid-Atlantic states MAGLOCLEN-RISS "Intelligence" fusion center, is the regional centcom for a fusion center- based shadow government Gestapo -- and local and federal officials, along with corporate officials and defense contractors, are profiting from, and apparently enjoying, the persecution and suffering of their "targets." They are complicit by their failure to stop these atrocities, and they deserve to go to prison for their malfeasance.
The cellular adio frequency directed energy weapon system being used to conduct this silent genocide must be dismantled. There is a weapon of mass destruction deployed in every neighborhood and along every highway in America. President Obama must take down this shameful "virtual Auschwitz" because every American, even political leaders, are vulnerable to silent, extra-legal attack, impairment and subjugation. It is my personal conclusion that Obama himself has been targeted by this technology, and that unbeknownst to him, his decision-making is under its influence.
The ramifications for the preservation of American liberty are profound.

This makes me almost "nostalgic" for the "good old days" that I do have direct memory of as part of my child I was under the foster care of who was a civil rights lawyer in the Chicago area (this was in the 60's...). You can sadly get used to the clicking on the phone lines, and even the gray sedan waiting at the end of the street each morning that would then follow you wherever you would go...

That's "Sonoma" by the way - Sonoma State University. And that paper is the biggest bunch of hooey I've seen lately, right up there with your columns. It's a shame the journalism majors didn't consult any of the engineering or physics department guys there, SSU isn't a bad technical school. However, what you get when you get a bunch of humanities majors yapping about technical subjects with no grounding is, well, like your columns. It's a techie version of one of those old SNL Emily Litella skits, only you don't say "never mind" at the end when you've gotten the whole thing wrong.
Oddly, I believe all of this paranoid stuff both because the Bible says things will get bad and because I have seen so much evidence of it, yet I have perfect peace. I am a victim of electronic harassement from more than 10 years
To stop this shame we need honest people who are not afraid
We need honest scientists who know these technologies and what they can do
We need hosnest journalists or writers, who are not afraid to get caught in trap themselves
We need honest doctors whon can make honest diagnosis
What if only the first two parts can get face to face at the same table ?
They can make a video for their withnesses and post it on Youtube, and send the link to *real* human rights fighters, and to honest people who must be aware of this
Once the base of aware people is enlarged, we can make more pressure against the offical governements who are supposed to defend our denied rights
