Guitar Great Robben Ford to play Howard Theatre

If you are a fan of guitar playing then The Howard Theatre in Washington, D.C. is the place to be on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 8 PM. Guitar legend Robben Ford headlines the show while 14-year old guitar prodigy Bobby Paltauf opens the show. The historic, restored Howard Theatre offers a perfect place to watch and listen to all the guitar magic.

Bobby Paltauf might only be 14 but he has performed with a long list of talented musicians. The list is highlighted by Buddy Guy, Anders Osborne, Lucky Peterson, Dumpstaphunk, George Porter Jr, The Revivalists and more. Bobby has recently released his debut album Lost & Found. Robben Ford has played jazz, blues and rock. He has played with legends like Joni Mitchell, Charlie Musselwhite, Dizzie Gillespie, and Rickie Lee Jones. He played on albums for George Harrison and Bonnie Raitt. He was in groups like Blue Line, Ford Blues Band, and he released a bunch of solo albums. You can learn more about him here.
