Guild Wars 2 gets ready for next installment of Flame and Frost

ArenaNet and NCSoft yesterday announced details of the upcoming second installment in Guild Wars 2's Flame and Frost series, The Gathering Storm. In addition to moving forward the story begun in the Flame and Frost prelude last month, The Gathering Storm introduces several new features to the game. These features include:

  • a new PvP map, Spirit Watch
  • Guild missions, a form of coordinated group play
  • Two team rated PvP
  • Choose your own daily achievements, a way to set your own daily challenges
