It's been a long time coming, but with the Guild Wars 2 beta sign-up now live, the wait for the arrival of Guild Wars 2 doesn't feel like a long road ahead any longer. It's now something just beyond the crest of that horizon, ready to be explored and most importantly, played.
Being an old Guild Wars player, who has now been retired, occasionally checking out the Hall of Momuments, it's safe to say that I'm ready, as well as my long time guild mates, for the next evolution of Guild Wars. Every little detail, every video of each class reveal, and each fantastic piece of artwork created for the game, has all culminated into this. Can you tell I'm excited?
So if you would like to try and sign up for the beta, you can do so now on the Guild Wars 2 beta sign-up page. It will only be open for the next 48 hours, so don't forget. To sign up for the beta you'll need to download Scannertron, an application that sends your system information to ArenaNet. Once that's finished, you just need to fill out a simple form, and you're on your way. Good luck!
