“Iron Man 3” and “Thor: The Dark World” are already scheduled to hit theaters this year. Following their footsteps to gear up for “The Avengers 2,” Marvel Studios film “Guardians of the Galaxy” is set to begin filming this summer. ComingSoon.net reports the good news for Marvel fans on Friday, January 11.
According to the source, “Guardians of the Galaxy” will be going to England for filming at Shepperton Studios this summer.
“Guardians of the Galaxy” will be directed by James Gunn and it is scheduled for release on August 1, 2014.
Tony Stark flies into theaters with “Iron Man 3” on May 3, with the God of Thunder following behind in “Thor: The Dark World” on November 8.
On Friday, January 11, new images from “Iron Man 3,” “The Wolverine,” and “Man of Steel,” were released. Fans can check out the pictures on the slideshow attached to this article.
