Players can currently only own a single property inside Grand Theft Auto Vs multiplayer mode. In a move that will likely please fans, Rockstar Games now has plans to change that with an upcoming update coming to GTA Online this spring. The developer announced The High Life Update on April 2 which, like previous thematic updates for the game, will bring new weapons, cars, and clothing options to the game.

However, the future update will also give players the ability to purchase and own a second in-game property. Since the map size of GTA V is rather large, this could be a welcome addition as it will effectivel allow gamers to have a second home inside Los Santos.

The High Life Update will also feature the debut of multi-property ownership in GTA Online, which means you'll be able to own two distinct properties (with garages) simultaneously.

Another interesting feature being packed inside The High Life Update will be a new player statistic clled Mental State. This gives everyone in GTA Online easy access to see how aggressive other players are as people will gravitate between two spectrums based upon how often they attack other playes.

Grand Theft Auto V is now available only on Xbox 360 and PS3. In addition to The High Life Update, Rockstar Games has also announced that online co-op heist missions will also be launching this spring.
