Gamers may have trouble using online features on both the Xbox One and Xbox 360 after Microsoft issued a service alert on March 25 for Xbox Live. The Xbox Live status page currently has all gaming an social features set to a limited status.

According to the issued report, fans may experience issues when trying to access online game features, save or load files from cloud storage, join online matches, and purchase content from Xbox Live Arcade. The service alert affects both Xbox One and Xbox 360 systems.

The Xbox Live status page has been updated throughout the day to thank gamers for their patience while Microsoft technicians work to resolve the issues. Titles that have been confirmed to be affected by today’s issues, according to Microsoft updates, include Grand Theft Auto V, Titanfall, and Call of Duty: Ghosts. Fans are reassured that engineers are working as fast as they can to remedy the situation.

We are aware of the issues and we have our team pushing to get them fixed as quickly as possible. Thanks for staying patient while we work.
