After the launch of mission creation tools within GTA Online, fans can now make their own deathmatch and race missions inside Grand Theft Auto V’s multiplayer mode. Rockstar Games periodically looks through the user-generated jobs and selects certain ones to become verified missions that will then become promoted and playable on all systems alongside content created by the developer. Keeping the selection of fan made missions fresh, Rockstar Games revealed on Feb 5 that have they have verified another 10 jobs which are now available inside GTA Online’s official mission playlist.
Also announced earlier this week, Rockstar Games has raised the amount of players that can belong to a Social Club Crew to 1,000 members. Crews were previously restricted to only 300 members. The increase in crew member caps also ushered in new ways for players to queue into missions with fellow crew members.
Grand Theft Auto V is now available only on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Access to the GTA Online multiplayer servers became available after a free title update was released two weeks after the game’s initial launch. Players may build their own race and deathmatch jobs using the recently released mission creation tools. Rockstar Games plans to eventually allow users to create additional mission types in the future including, story driven co-op jobs.
