Strauss Zelnick has given some insight in regards to how well the reviews will be for the upcoming multiplatform title, “GTA 5.” According to a report by GameZone on Feb. 6, the CEO of Take-Two Interactive seemed confident that the latest video game in the “Grand Theft Auto” series will be a big critical hit, teasing that it will “blow people away” even if they have high expectations. You can check out some screens from the open-world action-adventure title in the slideshow at the top of this article and the comments from Strauss Zelnick below (courtesy of GameZone):
Look, Grand Theft Auto stands alone. It’s a unique property. And I think we’re all extraordinarily excited about this title, and we think it’s just going to blow people away frankly at a level I don’t think anyone properly anticipates yet.
Take-Two Interactive is the parent company of Rockstar North, the developer of “GTA 5,” and Rockstar Games, who is responsible for the publishing duties. The video game is slated to come out for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles in North America on Sept. 17, which is several months later than the originally scheduled spring timeframe.
