Several hints have appear in regards to some potential announcement involving "GTA 5" in the near future. According to a report from Gamepur on Aug. 8, a YouTuber user going by the alias of "DomisLive" was able to find a source code from the Xbox Live Marketplace that points toward the release date for the new "GTA Online" DLC pack. The expansion is going to launch on Aug. 12.

In related news, the German branch of Amazon also momentary listed a release date for the PS4 and Xbox One ports of "GTA 5." According to VG247, the new versions are expected to launch on Nov. 14, which matches the same day posted by PCGamer. However, Amazon Germany quickly removed any mentioned of the date.

The aforementioned Aug. 12 launch for the new "GTA Online" DLC is going to occur on the same day as the GamesCom press conference held by Sony Computer Entertainment. Rockstar Games could use the media briefing to make several announcements similar to how "GTA 5" was announced for the PS4 during a stage event from Sony at E3 2014. The company is currently working to release multiplayer heists, which have already been delayed multiple times.

The development team is also rumored to be working on several other expansions. For "GTA Online," some players have found evidence that a casino and several other gambling features are going to be added soon. Another recent finding also hinted that some sort of zombie-based DLC pack is also being planned. Rockstar Games already did something similar with the "Undead Nightmare" expansion that came out for "Red Dead Redemption."

The Aug. 12 release could be related to casinos, multiplayer heists or zombie leaks. The same DLC expansions should be added to the upcoming PS4, Xbox One and PC ports as well. With so much content slated for release for the rest of this year, Rockstar Games should be providing updates on the launch plans in the near future.
