A new comparison has been revealed for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the recently-released multiplatform video game, “GTA 5.” As reported by Gameranx on Sept. 16, the latest evaluation takes a look at the opening sequence of the open-world action-adventure video game.
The Xbox 360 version seems to have an edge over the Playstation 3 iteration when it comes to lighting and foliage. The shadows appear to be smoother on Microsoft’s current generation console while the palm trees have slightly more details when compared to the same game running on the Playstation 3. However, the two versions seem to be equal in other categories such as frame rate. You can check out the new comparison screens (the Playstation 3 shots are shown first and then followed by the Xbox 360 images) along with other shots in the slideshow on the top left-hand side of this article.
Rockstar Games previously stated that the video game would be nearly identical on both current-generation consoles. The company has been criticized in the past for the inequality of performance of games like “GTA 4” and “Red Dead Redemption” on the Playstation 3 when compared to the Xbox 360.
“GTA 5” came out on Sept. 17 in North America. The aforesaid Rockstar Games published and distributed the video game, which was developed by the Rockstar North studio. You can order the product from Amazon in the following links: "GTA 5"
