Rockstar Games has not yet officially announced Grand Theft Auto 5 for PC, but more and more evidence suggests an early 2014 release is coming. According to a report by BehindGames from Jan. 26, the player total of GTA Online on PC will be double that of the Xbox 360 and PS3 version of GTA 5’s online multiplayer mode.

While GTA Online is limited to 16 players on PS3 and Xbox 360, new information suggests that the PC version of GTA 5 will allow for up to 32 players to participate together in GTA Online game modes.

This bit of information was uncovered by a member of the GTAForums who spotted the information within GTA Online’s files. In addition to finding the plan of supporting 32 players in GTA Online, network options and other game modes like Deathmatch, Cops and Crooks along with player total and team settings was extracted.
