A new shopping website has listed the PC version of “GTA 5.” According to a report by Gamerspective on Oct. 20, Amazon Germany recently opened a pre-order page for the computer iteration of the fifth main installment from the “Grand Theft Auto” franchise.
The online retailer did not provide a release date for the PC version of “GTA 5.” However, the video game is listed with a price tag of 59.99 EUR, which is approximately $82.08 when converted to U.S. dollars. It is also the same price as the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 versions in Germany.
The German branch of Amazon is the latest to retailer to open a pre-order page for the PC port of the open-world action-adventure video game. Shopping websites are usually briefed in advance with new software product releases. Several fans of the “Grand Theft Auto” series have been demanding that “GTA 5” be released for personal computers. A petition that started last year has already reached 600,000 signatures.
A few recently reports hint that Rockstar Games will be releasing “GTA 5,” which came out for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 last month, for the PC sometime in the early parts of 2014. A profile for the port was also spotted in the data files mined from the Xbox 360 version of the open-world action-adventure video game.
