After just over 24 hours from Grand Theft Auto V's multiplayer launch Tuesday, GTA Online appears to be playable for some PS3 and Xbox 360 owners but still not 100 percent.

Multiple GTA Online players on Twitter and gaming forums like NeoGAF are reporting that they are able to join matches and take jobs now online. Most of the positive reports come from PS3 players at the current time.

"Just got into #GTAOnline with little to no problem. Super fun too! Can see this is going to eat up a lot of my time," Brad Douglas wrote on Twitter.

However, there are still others that are reporting the same connection and lobby issues that plagued GTA V's multiplayer throughout its first day of availability.

"Gta online has annoyed me for long enough see you next week when you've sorted the problems," Gerard McGowan wrote.

Even for those that are able to successfully connect to GTA Online are reporting long load times for matches or long wait times to find others to play with. Still others are still running experiencing freezes or boots at the end of the introductory race.

"GTA 5 Online -- The game where if you start and not enough people join your session, you never get to play!" added Sportz Insomnia.

Worse yet, some are reporting that the game is deleting the online characters they created.

"So my character just randomly deleted itself after my first job," Alchemist revealed on NeoGAF.

This was confirmed by others on the forum including Astery who said, "my character got deleted for no reason after failing to connect to the cloud once."

This Examiner's own experience this morning was pretty much the same as those that haven't been able to connect.

The last update Rockstar Games provided on GTA Online was at 1 a.m. EST Wednesday morning where it said, "We are continuing to look into these issues and are working around the clock on resolving them as quickly as possible. This includes close monitoring of our Support systems, forums, social media, and in-game data to measure traffic along with Community sentiment to ensure ongoing improvements to stability. Please stay tuned for more updates."

Still not addressed however are reports that issues with GTA Online are corrupting the save file for the GTA V story mode.
