Several concerns have been revealed regarding the multiplayer mode of the recently-released Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 video game, “GTA 5.” According to a report by MMO Attack on Oct. 7, several players have already reached the rank of 50 and accumulated enough cash to buy the most expensive property.
“Grand Theft Auto Online” was officially launched on Oct. 1 with the release of a patch for “GTA 5” on both current-generation consoles. The first week has been plagued with numerous connection errors and lost progress glitches. Even with the launch issues, a few members of the community have already completed all of the objectives the multiplayer mode has to offer. The high rankings and deep pockets were mostly achieved through repeating the same missions over and over again.
MMO Attack also stated that “Grand Theft Auto Online” offers very little content once the player reaches the rank of 50. The website suggested that Rockstar North should add some sort of “time sink” to the multiplayer mode of “GTA 5,” disclosing that the potential end-game content should keep high-leveled players engaged for a very long time.
Aside from trying to fix the problems, the development team will be adding several new contents to “Grand Theft Auto Online” in the future. The first set of DLC for multiplayer includes a new co-operative mission, mission creation and more.
