Earlier this morning, Rockstar Games finally announced a definitive release date for the much-anticipated “GTA 5,” which is showcased in the slideshow above this article. Sadly, this title has been pushed back from the original release time-frame that Rockstar announced for “GTA 5,” that being in spring of this year.
As can be seen on the official website for Rockstar Games, “GTA 5” has been given an official release date of Sept. 17, 2013. This comes to a total of four months later than the spring 2013 release that was initially given to this title. In response to this delay, Rockstar Games realizes that many fans will be disappointed with this announcement.
It is stated that this decision has been made in order to supply sufficient time to release “GTA 5” at the standard that it deserves. With this additional time, Rockstar will have the ability to provide a more polished and finished product once it is officially released.
