A video compilation of in-game commercials for Grand Theft Auto V on the PS3 and Xbox 360 made its way out Friday. While the series is infamous for its open-world crime settings, it's hard to overlook the biting satire present.

The video (via GamesHQMedia) takes aim at energy bars and sports drinks, gun shops, TV channels that bank on cheaply produced reality shows and cartoons along with Google and Facebook. There's even an absolutely bizarre sexual abstinence superhero teenager cartoon commercial that is sure to make some heads explode.

Rockstar Games also released a new batch of screenshots for Grand Theft Auto V with views of the beach, helicopters, motorcycle chases and more action from the game along with an update to the games website that covers "Fitness & Relaxation" and "Security & Peace of Mind" topics. Interestingly, the security topic includes a satirical story about the police killing a man's dog in the process of arresting him which is ripped straight out of current headlines in California.

GTA 5 is set to be released on Sept. 17 for the PS3 and Xbox 360 with the multiplayer component, Grand Theft Auto Online, scheduled to launch on Oct. 1.
