There currently are no cheats for GTA 5 because it has not been officially released yet. Once the game is released this page will be updated with all the cheats as they are discovered.
Most cheats are universal, and for the main list of GTA 5 cheats, go to this page, it will be the main page of GTA 5 cheats post-release. This page will contain cheats that are PS3 specific only if any.
Until GTA 5 is officially released for PS3 and Xbox 360 then these lists of cheats will be populated with all sorts of cheats, hints, and tricks.
