8,200 stuffed Grumpy Cat toys have been recalled due to a possible choking hazard. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the eyes of the stuffed Grumpy Cats can come off, which children can swallow and choke on. The hazard exists on three different styles of the stuffed pets.

According to "Consumerist," the toys in question are the eight-inch long, lying down Grumpy Cat; the five-inch tall, sitting Grumpy Cat; and the four-inch keychain Grumpy Cat. You can check the batch number against the recall notice, and see if the toy you have qualifies.

Grumpy Cat is such a major Internet sensation that she's got many of her own products on her website, www.grumpycats.com. These products include calendars, t-shirts, and even an odor eliminator. Sadly, the odor eliminator not available just yet. In fact, much of Grumpy Cat's merchandise isn't up for sale just yet. But never fear, it will be, soon.

Grumpy Cat, whose real name is Tardar Sauce, became one of the most famous cats on the Internet after her picture was posted on Reddit. When some Redditors suggested that the pic might be Photoshopped, her people posted a couple of videos of Tardar on YouTube. They speculate that Tardar's tiny size is due to feline dwarfism, similar to Lil Bub. Otherwise, she's a very healthy young cat. She will be two years old on April 4.

If you have questions or concerns about the product recall, you can contact the manufacturer, Ganz, at (800) 724-5902, or www.ganz.com.
