Grumpy Cat is the new Friskies cat and she's living it up. In fact, She will be at the SXSW festival in Austin this week where fans can see her shooting commercials for the name brand cat food. According to a TMZ report March 8, Grumpy Cat has a luxurious life only most humans can dream of!
The cat that turns one year of age on April 4 flies first class, eats an endless supply of filet mignon, Friskies, drinks bottled water, has a king-sized bed, and earns a 5-figure paycheck. Talk about posh. Not only that, Grumpy Cat has her own publicist, full-time assistant who grooms her, and is staying at a four-diamond hotel while making her appearance at SXSW. She even has her own chauffeur while visiting Austin.
With fame Internet sensations get these days, Grumpy Cat is sure to have a lot of fans coming to see her in action.
The new Friskies cat got famous after a photo of her was posted on Reddit last September. Her grumpy face and expressions are all natural. The vet said she's perfectly healthy and that her size and shape could be genetic or neurological. Her owners chose not to have her poked and prodded just to learn which result came out. Can anyone imagine making that adorable face look more ticked off?
Grumpy a mixed-breed and is loved by the masses. Her mom is a calico and her dad is a grey and white tabby. Despite her disdainful glances, Grumpy Cat is a very happy kitty.
