Ground Beef Steaks
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 onion, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 serving of Cream Soup
Preheat oven to 350*.
Line a jelly roll pan (15x10) with no-stick foil.
In a large bowl combine: milk, crumbs, onions and spices. Mix well.
Add ground beef to the mixture and mix until combined.
Shape mixture into oval patties (mini meatloaf shapes).
Bake for 15 minutes.
While cooking, prepare Cream Soup, using 1 less cup of milk than the recipe calls for.
Pour soup over the tops of the patties and bake for 30 more minutes.
