On Jan. 22 the American indie rock band Grizzly Bear announced spring 2013 headlining tour dates in support of their latest release, "Shields". The North American tour begins March 30 in Pittsburgh and ends in Big Sur, Calif. on April 16. You can view a complete list of tour dates below.
During Grizzly Bear's spring 2013 North American tour the band will perform 10 shows over a two and a half week time span. The band will be touring in support of their fourth studio album, "Shields". The album was released on Sept. 18, 2012 via Warp Records and the album debuted at No. 7 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart.
They band's recently announced tour dates in Calif. is a strong indicator that they will be performing at this year's Coachella music festival. On Jan. 23 the band announced they will be performing at the 2013 Primavera Sound music festival with Phoenix, The Postal Service, Animal Collective, and more.
