GrillSmith at Countryside Mall, Clearwater
So, I've been to GrillSmith three times now and I'm finally ready to offer my opinion. Without hesitation I can honestly say that I really like this restaurant. The atmosphere is warm, the staff is friendly, the menu is awesome and the prices are extremely reasonable.
From simple dishes like the GrillSmith Steak Sandwich to more sophisticated offerings such as Ahi Tuna Sashimi and Lemon Feta Chicken, every item is prepared to perfection. My son has even switched from his usual burger choice to the Chicken Marsala. My wife and I are especially taken with the Margherita and Chicken Gorgonzola Flatbreads. The crust is as crisp as a chip, but it isn't dry and the toppings are inspired.
